Private Meditation Sessions are a customized guided meditation experience designed specifically for you and your present needs. Perfect for those who are seeking a personalized meditation experience from the comfort of their own space.

Journaling after your session is recommended. Log anything you experienced during meditation. Sometimes things don't make sense right away. That's ok! Over time you will gain a deeper understanding of the messages you receive during meditation.
