Yoga is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates "to yolk" or "to unite." It is a practice that can help you connect body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is designed to bring you more aware of your body and your thoughts. Through postures, connected breathing, and movement you will begin to experience the richness that Yoga has to offer.

Private Yoga Sessions are perfect for you if you prefer 1-on-1 lessons, require special modifications, or like to experience a variety of Yoga styles in one setting. Sessions can be customized to your needs.
